ASK THE LORD TO REMIND ME OF HIS LOVE FOR ME.
To keep my focus on my heart I have to keep this first in my mind: How much He loves me! Then I ask for His help as He and Icheck and clean the wound.
If you are around people you are going to get your feelings hurt. When you feel unloved, disrespected or misunderstood those are small wounds to the heart.
If we wait until others apologize or change their behaviors we run the risk of never feeling healed.
These steps allow us to be empowered to care about our hearts and get them to wholeness once again.
